Stephanie, thanks for the tip on the Mrs. Kip story....I'll have to check it out.

I have an entire shelf in my study dedicated to Elizabeth Goudge books, Bird in the Tree is a favorite. I just ordered "The Castle on the Hill" and will be reading that for the first time in the new year....

So many books, so little time, eh?

PS I'd be happy to write an Amazon review for your book. Do you have a link?

Isn't Elizabeth Goudge's writing so beautiful? I just went through The Castle on the Hill with Jacqui Wakelam. There is a lot to unpack in that book!

Green Dolphin Country was the second book I read by Elizabeth Goudge, and I loved it. One of the few times I couldn't put a book down because I had to know what was going to happen. I hope you enjoy it!

You've piqued my curiosity! I'm intimidated by it's size, but I'm also looking forward to having all those pages of Goudge's writing to enjoy.

What a gorgeous poem! I’ve enjoyed so many for your collection. And what a lovely stack of books to work through. I think you guessed half of them for this year. Looking forward to a year full of exploration and beauty. ❤️🙏
